Qualifications

• Four (4) years of investigative or regulatory experience is required.
• A post-secondary degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and complex investigations of various businesses to determine compliance with workers’ compensation requirements.
• Issue, serve and enforce stop-work orders and penalty assessment orders.
• Maintain investigative case files and enter data into CCAS.
• Prepare reports and testify as needed in court or administrative proceedings.
