Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant locations across multiple states. You will travel in a company vehicle, delivering prompt service while ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience, EPA certification for refrigeration, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers competitive pay, company-provided tools, and opportunities for CFESA certification

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration, beverage, HVAC and ware washing equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and deliver prompt and reliable service with minimal downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer support and clearly communicate with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with little supervision.
