Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician in Phoenix to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant locations. You will travel to sites, operate a company vehicle safely, and deliver prompt, reliable service with minimal downtime while providing exceptional customer support.

Applicants should have 1 year of relevant experience, EPA certification for Refrigeration Techs, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using Outlook and an iPad.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required for refrigeration techs.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• iPad use & familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment (hot-side appliances, refrigeration, HVAC).
• Operate a company vehicle safely and deliver prompt, reliable service with minimal downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with little supervision.
