Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in recruitment-related work within education or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Reliable transportation to travel between campuses and community events.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to regional application goals through recruitment activities.
• Plan and execute recruitment events such as block walking, tabling, and community events.
• Pitch KIPP Texas as a school option to prospective families.
• Maintain weekly field plans to track recruitment ROI.
• Orient volunteers for recruitment activities and follow up with leads in CRM.
