Role Summary of a Field Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to job assignments to meet staffing goals including time to fill, diversity hiring, and recruiting compliance.

Your Opportunity
  • Develop creative sourcing plans through community engagement with schools, colleges, vocational schools, web-based and social media channels.
  • Create effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates via job boards and CRM systems.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill positions.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates; update the candidate database regularly.
  • Utilize active candidates and understand open positions to improve order fulfillment.
  • Use data to set realistic expectations for filling positions promptly.
  • Participate in daily meetings to understand order fill goals.
  • Leverage market knowledge and client needs to successfully fill orders with qualified candidates.
  • Guide candidates through the interview cycle based on their skills, experiences, and availability.
  • Use CRM to process candidates through vetting and document all activities.
  • Conduct drug screens, I-9 verification, and background checks.
Your Attributes
  • At least 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in Clinical and Non-clinical healthcare recruitment is a plus.
  • Proven success in diverse recruiting processes and client engagement.
  • Experience using various platforms and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations diplomatically.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
