Job description

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to hire a Recruiter to join their team. This position focuses on production and retail store recruiting.

Where : Remote, US only

Start : Immediate

Pay- $30 / hour

Responsibilities :

1. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, Github).
2. Craft and send recruiting emails.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
4. Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
5. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
6. Measure conversion rates at various stages of the recruitment process.
7. Request referrals from current employees and external networks.
8. Promote employer brand online and offline.
9. Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities.

Requirements and skills :

1. Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
2. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and crafting Boolean search strings.
3. Familiarity with HR databases, ATSs, and CMSs.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively present the company and roles to candidates.
6. Effective time-management skills.
