Role Overview :

Could you be our next Agent Recruiter? Globe Life is looking for an Agent Recruiter to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for using excellent telephone and personal skills to recruit insurance Agents, motivate current Agents into production, and assist in training new Agents. The Agent Recruiter will also be responsible for answering Agent questions and inviting Agents to webinars and seminars.

This is a remote / work from home position.

What You Will Do :

1. Recruit agents by deciding if agents are qualified for the position as an agent with UA / GLNY by interviewing the agent and assessing their skills, talents, experience, and education related to the insurance field.
2. Manage agent / agency by holding training webinars, recruiting webinars, assisting in building teams, and reaching production requirements depending on the level of the contract the agent is assigned.
3. Maintain activity reports and achieve monthly (24-28 appointed) and quarterly (78-87 appointed) quotas.
4. Fill seminar rooms by contacting appointed agents and registering them for seminars in their area.
5. Participate in weekly training calls with the recruiting team.
6. Run webinars for training and recruiting purposes for agents / agencies.

What You Can Bring :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous insurance agent recruiting experience preferred.
• Call center experience (customer service and phone sales).
• Medicare experience / knowledge preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; comfortable with computers and internet (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting).
• Outgoing personality.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed team player with a passion for excellence.
• Willing to learn and apply new knowledge and skills.
• Able to follow directions accurately and adhere to company policies and standards.
