ARCO Design/Build is offering a Superintendent Intern/Co-op position in Utah. You will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a project by working with seasoned field leaders and project teams on a variety of design/build initiatives.

The role emphasizes daily site activities, safety leadership, coordination with subs, and progress documentation, with mentorship and growth opportunities through the Learning and Development team.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited civil/structural related program.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred but not required.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Experience in construction internships or co-ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist field teams with daily site activities and planning.
• Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and owner walkthroughs.
• Document site progress, safety checks, and quality observations.
• Learn to review drawings, shop drawings, and project specs on site.
