Job summary

VIVA USA INC. seeks a Field Service Technician to service radio communications equipment onsite. The role covers programming, installation, and preventative maintenance of LMR fleets, with emphasis on CPS, Radio Management, and RadioCentral.

You’ll perform hardware installs, cabling, tests, and routine audits while coordinating with teams to ensure secure daily operations. The position requires hands-on experience with RF systems, P25 digital/analog, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in LMR, RF systems, radio communications, public safety communications, network administration, or electronics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or vocational certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Subscriber programming and provisioning using CPS, Radio Management, or RadioCentral.
• Radio installation and hardware support, including rack installation and cabling.
• Diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance on portable and mobile radios.
• Administrative support including asset tracking, change control, and incident management.
