Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar and sensor systems across multiple sites in support of U.S. military and allied operations.

You will work with engineering, product, and logistics teams to tailor solutions, provide field support, and ensure mission success. Willingness to travel 50–75% and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager or on-site lead or remote systems owner for radar and sensor capabilities across multiple locations.
• Monitor radar performance, connectivity, and fusion with other sensors and C2 systems.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, and UI/UX improvements.
• Lead site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance; configure hardware on-site.
• Build and maintain tooling for remote radar monitoring and health dashboards.
• Organize site logistics including travel planning and test events.
• Deliver operator training sessions and pre-exercise preparation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field
