Qualifications

• 12+ years in staff or principal technical leadership on airborne radar systems.
• Deep expertise in radar systems engineering, mode development, and software architecture.
• Strong background in DSP, algorithm development, and electronic protection techniques.
• End-to-end radar systems experience across hardware, software, and deployment.
• Experience translating mission needs into technical requirements with customers.
• Active Secret clearance eligibility or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems architecture and mode development for airborne radar across platforms.
• Develop and implement radar processing algorithms focusing on DSP and waveform design.
• Drive end-to-end radar system design from concept to deployment.
• Design airborne RF sensing modes like SAR, GMTI, and air-to-air tracking.
• Provide technical leadership in software for radar mode implementation and real-time processing.
• Engage with government customers to translate mission requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectures and concepts of operations.
• Mentor team members in radar theory, systems engineering, and best practices.
