Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative to support quality and production continuity at customer sites. You will coordinate containment, collect field data, and drive rapid responses to customer concerns.

Responsibilities include communicating with customer Quality teams, performing field inspections, and supporting 8D investigations, trials, and process changes. Travel to Hyundai OEM plants may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Engineering, Quality or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least two years of automotive manufacturing, quality inspection or customer-site service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customer Quality, Production and Incoming Inspection to relay requirements and concerns.
• Monitor product use and assembly performance at customer sites; coordinate preventive actions to reduce complaints.
• Respond to customer complaints and production disruptions within agreed response times.
• Coordinate approved containment, sorting, inspection, rework and replacement activities; verify criteria and disposition records.
• Support root cause investigations and 8D responses by collecting field evidence and tracking actions.
• Support trial builds, launches, and approved product or process changes; confirm customer-site feedback.
• Coordinate with Logistics and the customer on replacement parts and packaging to ensure continuity of supply.
• Submit field service reports, complaint logs, containment quantities and costs; track trends for reviews.
• Follow customer-site safety, access, confidentiality and conduct requirements; complete other tasks as assigned.
