Job summary

CBH Homes is seeking a meticulous Field Specialist to serve as the final line of quality assurance on our projects in Idaho. You will perform on-site QC walkthroughs, execute cabinet-related repairs, and manage punch-list items to keep projects moving forward.

The role requires a strong finish carpentry background, precise cabinet and hardware adjustments, and the ability to handle local material logistics and warranty requests with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, or field service repair.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on active job sites and manage field logistics.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: QC walkthroughs for flooring and cabinet installations to ensure flawless execution.
• On‑Site Repairs: conduct cabinet components and hardware replacements.
• Precision Adjustments: align doors/drawers for smooth operation.
• Warranty Fulfillment: complete cabinet and lock warranty requests.
• Punch‑List & Finishing Touches: resolve punch-list items and perform grout touch-ups as needed.
• Material Logistics: manage local material pickups and processing GL parts for field deployment.
