Qualifications

• 2–5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience required.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation preferred.
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and ability to conduct training programs.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry- including trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
• Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
• Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
