Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to deliver precise cabinet adjustments, solve field problems, and delight new homeowners when they see their kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.
• Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Great communication and ability to conduct training programs.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry- including trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
• Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
• Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
