Job summary

Accurate Building Maintenance, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance & Day Operations Manager to lead field operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves visiting client sites, inspecting buildings, coaching staff, and coordinating day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.

• Ability to resolve conflict professionally.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a strong plus, but is not required.
• Microsoft Outlook: manage email, inbox organization, and calendar appointments.
• Professional email communication with customers, employees, and company leadership.
• Microsoft Word: create and work with basic documents.
• Microsoft Excel: basic data entry, updating, and reviewing information in spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Teams: communication, meetings, chats, and collaboration.
• Ability to learn and effectively use industry software for inspections, reporting, scheduling, timekeeping, employee management, and operational follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and day-to-day operations management across multiple customer locations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise staff; ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Visit customer sites, inspect facilities, and communicate findings with clients and leadership.
• Train new hires and support day porter operations and scheduling.
• Manage timekeeping, reporting, and operational follow-up with clients.
