Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Quality Manager to join their Field Operations Team. This position requires managing daily quality control activities and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents.

The ideal candidate has an associate's degree and at least five years of experience in construction, particularly in the light/heavy industrial sector. Travel up to 100% of the time is expected, as projects are located throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school AND minimum five years construction experience.
• Experience in the light/heavy industrial sector desired.
• Candidate must be able to travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program.
• Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program.
• Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure quality controls are in place.
• Create and maintain an approved Project Specific Quality Control Plan.
