Job summary

Telaid, headquartered in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Technician III to lead on-site quality control tasks and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Candidates must train others, perform installations per schedule, and provide timely updates to PMO and service centers.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. Certification in relevant networks is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years minimum as a Technician Two or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Telaid's key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead on site; inspect and audit technician work.
• Train subcontractors and Telaid technicians on practices for reliable installations.
• Perform installation and service work on customer site per schedule.
• Provide regular updates to PMO, Resource Center and Service Center.
• Escalate client issues to FSS/Project Manager as needed.
• Complete administrative requirements and maintain vehicle/tools.
• Meet with clients to conduct job walks and prepare bids/estimates.
