Job summary

Telaid Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technician II to install, train partners, and inspect the quality of work on a variety of low voltage solutions for its clients. You will support programs by building strong partner relationships to ensure a consistent, outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes training, quality assurance, and scheduling adherence, with travel as needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities for field projects.
• Ability to handle stress, deliver customer service, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a lead on site, direct, inspect, and audit technician's work.
• Perform complete installation and service work oncustomer sites, including configuring, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Proficient in five of ten areas: Voice, Data, Fire Alarm, Fiber, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Digital Signage, Access Points, Networking.
• Provide regular updates to Project Management, Resource Center and Service Center; act as escalation point for clients.
