Job summary

MaxLite is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee product quality performance across the U.S. This role involves managing warranty claims, leading field investigations, and troubleshooting issues with lighting products. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the LED lighting industry, a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and strong problem-solving skills. The position is based on-site in Pine Brook, NJ, with competitive benefits and compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the LED lighting industry.
• Direct experience handling lighting product warranty claims (RGA).
• Familiarity with NEC, UL, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the U.S. warranty claim (RGA) process.
• Lead field failure investigations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct on-site field visits to investigate product failures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with lighting products

Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of LED fixtures and drivers

Experience with field failure analysis

Ability to work independently

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
