Job summary

LEOTEK Electronics USA LLC is seeking a QE Engineer to lead customer complaint investigations, CAPA, and RMA operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure product reliability and timely issue resolution.

This role requires a 3+ year background in quality engineering within electronic/LED manufacturing, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, or RMA management.
• Experience with electronic/LED lighting or related manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement CAPA; prepare quality reports and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Investigate production quality issues and process abnormalities; analyze data for improvements.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans; define inspection criteria and acceptance standards.
• Manage daily RMA activities, coordinate repairs and inventory controls.
• Perform failure analysis on returned products and report trends for corrective actions.
