Job summary

• Holds service team accountable for quality objectives.
• Experience driving 8D quality and site-level improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track site quality performance and drive improvements.
• Report detailed problem descriptions, SAP Damage code selection, and customer impact levels.
• Collaborate with Factory and Engineering teams to drive measurable quality improvements.
• Communicate voice of the customer and site into internal teams.
• Support escalation processes for non-compliance.
