Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant experience or BS with 6+ years in field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support, installation, resolve and improve process productivity, and develop processes for new applications of Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Design and conduct experiments, collect data, analyze results, generate reports, and provide recommendations to optimize device architecture and process modules.
• Collaborate with customers to meet requirements for new technology processes and to address deviations through root cause analysis.
• Develop new or modified processes and define best known method recipe; coordinate with hardware engineering for chamber requirements.
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers on complex problems impacting process output and perform statistical analysis of failure rates.
