Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Oak Creek, WI seeks a Supervisor Quality Control Field to lead QC Technicians and Inspectors across assigned geographic areas, ensuring adherence to established standards and timely documentation. You will train staff, oversee field inspections, and drive continuous quality improvements.

The role requires an Associate degree related to utilities and 3–5 years in quality-focused work with strong communication and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in utility construction-related program and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions, contract language and unit descriptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient use of Google-based applications and basic databases.
• Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record; Class A license preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manages work schedules for Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors to meet goals.
• Supervises daily activities of Quality Control staff.
• Trains staff on quality standards and contract requirements.
• Conducts virtual and in-person jobsite inspections for consistency of QC efforts.
• Performs QC technician duties when needed.
• Coordinates with EHS on property and utility damage claims.
• Supports audits and inquiries from customers or regulators.
