Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Quality Control Field Specialist to oversee and improve quality standards across warehouse and field installations. You will own QC programs, inspection frameworks, reporting, and corrective actions to meet manufacturer specs and safety requirements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Installation, and Sales leadership to reduce rework, improve installer performance, and drive consistent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or vocational education required.
• 2–4 years of installation and/or quality control experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain quality control standards, inspection protocols, and documentation for warehouse and field operations.
• Conduct and oversee field and warehouse inspections; analyze findings, identify trends, and determine corrective actions to prevent repeats.
• Lead non‑conformance management, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Partner with Installation and Quality Control leadership to improve material handling and installation quality.
• Evaluate installer and crew performance using inspection data and provide feedback and retraining guidance.
• Develop and support quality‑focused training for installers and partners, including onboarding.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, rework rates, service trends, and compliance outcomes.
• Ensure procedures align with safety standards and company policies; identify risks and escalate systemic issues proactively.
