Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead training and quality across assigned systems. You will conduct QC inspections, coach staff, and deliver engaging training to in-person and virtual audiences.

The role requires 3+ years of fiber optic or cable installation experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Supervisory experience is a plus, with travel up to 25% expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years fiber optic or cable installation experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years driving experience and a clean driving record.
Work a very flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Former supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Train and ensure the quality of all employees within your assigned systems.
Perform quality control inspections and document, correct, and coach issues found.
Deliver engaging, high-quality training to both in-person and virtual audiences.
Mentor, coach, and support trainees for consistent field performance.
Design, develop, and deliver training materials using PowerPoint, Word, and other tools.
Evaluate trainee performance by auditing work and identifying skill gaps.
Coordinate training schedules with leadership and local management.
Provide field support during high-demand periods and assist with damage investigations.
Travel up to 25% to support regional initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
