Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform site inspections across commercial and institutional projects in New Haven, CT. You will verify alignment with architectural drawings and building codes, and track field documentation through NCRs and punch lists.

The role requires hands-on review of HVAC, electrical, structural, and plumbing trades, with experience in field testing, laser measurements, and CM software. A related associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural blueprints, mechanical schematics, and submittals.
• Familiarity with field testing equipment, laser/precision measuring instruments, thermal imaging, or materials testing procedures.
• Experience documenting punch lists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and daily field reports using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites, building systems, and trade work to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
