Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect active construction sites, conduct tests, and ensure work complies with internal standards and customer requirements. You will document findings, review closeout packs, and communicate issues to leadership.

The role involves field work in Colorado with potential overtime and travel as needed, requiring a valid CO driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass background check and company drug screening
• Willing to work overtime, after hours, weekends, or be on-call as needed
• 1–3 years in underground utility construction (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Review active construction projects in the field and verify site cleanliness and close-out documentation.
• Ensure work meets Pauley’s requirements and customer expectations.
• Verify internal CORE documentation matches completed LCS and customer requirements; report issues to leadership.
• Make minor field corrections to installations when issues are identified.
• Handle and transport small materials to field crews as needed.
• Operate and report using general computer applications; perform other duties as assigned
