Job summary

Exo Group, LLC in the United States seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to perform field-based quality audits, inspections, and process evaluations at customer, fabricator, manufacturer, and supplier locations.

The Auditor ensures adherence to codes and standards (AWS, ASTM, ISO 9001, OSHA), reviews documentation, identifies deficiencies, and communicates clear findings to clients and project teams. Travel is regional or national.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of fabricators, manufacturers, suppliers, and project facilities to assess compliance with quality requirements.
• Review quality management systems, inspection records, calibration, nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare detailed inspection and audit reports with findings, data, and photographic documentation.
• Assist with closeout discussions and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
