Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, ACF, LHCSA, or healthcare compliance operations.
• Prior experience conducting audits, inspections, or structured compliance reviews preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled internal compliance audits across all W Group facilities.
• Gather objective evidence through documentation review, direct observation, and structured staff interviews.
• Complete thorough audit reports documenting findings and observations.
• Conduct re-audits to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Maintain organized audit records in our centralized tracking system (ALIS).
• Support DOH survey readiness activities at facilities.
