Job summary

The W Group is seeking a Compliance Quality Auditor to join our field-based compliance team in New York. You will conduct structured audits across multiple facilities, identify gaps, and support corrective action to keep our operations survey-ready.

Reporting to the Compliance Officer, you will work across ACF, ALP, and LHCSA settings, traveling to sites as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of healthcare audit experience are required, with clear written reports and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on audits or structured compliance reviews in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of NYS DOH survey processes and ACF/ALP/LHCSA requirements.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit execution across all facilities using standardized tools.
• Gather evidence through records review, observations, and staff interviews.
• Document audit findings and submit reports to the Compliance Officer.
• Perform re-audits to verify corrective actions.
• Maintain audit records in ALIS and identify trends.
• Support survey readiness activities and site visits.
