Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist – Project Based to lead on-site field activities across civil, industrial, petrochemical, and concrete projects. You will review plans, provide constructability input, and guide crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires strong communication, technical knowledge, and the ability to train craft workers on proper installation procedures while ensuring adherence to Kwest standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have field leadership and QA oversight on civil/construction projects.
• Ability to review plans, specs, submittals, and schedules for quality.
• Experience training craft workers on installation procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and client requirements are met.
• Provide real-time QA, technical guidance, and field oversight.
• Conduct site inspections, document deficiencies, and communicate quality gaps.
• Review plans, specs, addenda, drawings, RFIs, submittals and schedules.
• Lead meetings with site managers, project teams, and clients to resolve issues.
• Train craft workers on installation procedures and quality standards.
