Job summary

JND is seeking a detail-oriented Network QA Engineer for its Plano, TX location. The role involves QA activities for LTE and 5G, developing test strategies, and ensuring user equipment meets quality and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE preferred.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end LTE and 5G Network Architecture.
• Previous experience in LTE and 5G NR field test experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a mobile work environment (80% on vehicle/field, 20% in office).
• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system requirements.
• Assist in product & feature performance analysis.

Verbal and written communication skills

Customer service skills

Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G air interface

Experience with QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark

Ability to analyze IMS-related features

Education
