Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, procedures, and quality standards for wireless products and accessories.
• Manage bug reporting, SW upgrades, and test sample inventory.
• Validate OEM and partner test results, execute regression and adhoc testing.
• Test and certify maintenance/security releases, ensuring proper regression coverage.
• Troubleshoot issues, collect logs, perform root cause analysis, and support field testing when required.
• Monitor customer-reported issues and deploy new test tools.
• Maintain issue tracking (JIRA/Confluence) and prepare engineering reports.
• Collaborate with development, E2E teams, OEMs, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years in product development/technology management, with 3+ years in mobile/wireless domain.
• Strong understanding of LTE & 5G RF/Core technologies.
• Experience with smartphones (iOS/Android), GSM/WCDMA/LTE/Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Spirent, Eggplant) and log analysis (QXDM, QCAT).
• Familiarity with SIM/eSIM technologies and MNO/MVNO certification processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence; effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently.
