Job summary

JND is seeking a detail-oriented Network Tester for field QA in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on LTE and 5G field protocol testing, SIM OTA activation, and drive/test regimes across live networks using Android devices. You will develop test strategies, validate UE functionality, and report findings to the engineering team.

The position demands 80% field work, 20% office work, and 25% travel with a valid driver's license. Prior experience with Accuver/QXDM and Spirent tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3G/4G/5G LTE preferred.
• Strong understanding of LTE/5G network architecture and air interface.

Responsibilities

• Construct and execute test strategies for LTE and 5G field testing.
• Validate UE functionality on 4G/5G air interface and call processing technology.
• Capture, post-process, and analyze UE logs across live networks.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues and suggest performance improvements.
• Travel up to 25% and operate in field environments (80% field, 20% office).
