Job summary

JND in Bellevue, WA seeks a detail-oriented Network Tester to join our QA team. You will execute LTE and 5G field tests, analyze UE logs, and validate call processing on live networks using Android devices.

The role requires an Associate's degree in a technical field and 2–5 years of experience in 3G/4G/5G testing. 80% field work with occasional office collaboration, and the position is full-time and hourly.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3G/4G/5G/LTE testing preferred.
• Detail-oriented QA testing and field validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform drive testing and field testing in designated WA regions
• Capture, post-process, and analyze UE logs
• Aid in product and feature performance evaluation
• Troubleshoot issues reported from labs, sites, and production networks
• Provide optimization guidelines and KPI trends
• Communicate test progress and issues clearly to the engineering team
