Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Provider Relations Executive to be the primary liaison between Intermountain Health and referring providers in a designated geography. This field-based role requires travel, relationship-building with practice leaders and clinicians, and driving referral growth within the network.

You will coordinate with scheduling, lab, homecare and provider relations teams to ensure seamless access to Intermountain services.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license.
• Demonstrated healthcare sales or field-based customer service experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, listening and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health, marketing or business field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with clinic leadership, physicians, office staff, hospital executives and service line leaders.
• Evaluates outreach activities using reports and feedback to improve results.
• Identifies opportunities by understanding Intermountain’s services and patient needs.
• Develops territory plans and meets or exceeds quotas and budgets.
• Communicates effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure referrals.
