Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with physicians, practices, and health systems to drive referrals and improve access to psychiatric care.

You will lead territory plans, educate providers on Talkiatry services, and own a growing book of referral partners while traveling about 75% of the time. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and strong cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in healthcare sales or related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral growth targets.
• Experience influencing clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~75% of the time.
• CRM proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and practice leaders.
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to increase referrals.
• Execute territory plans to hit growth targets.
• Lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity.
• Represent Talkiatry at health-system events.
