Job summary

OnSight PROS is seeking reliable Field Property Technicians to visit rental homes in the Garner, NC area to document property conditions and take detailed photos for property managers.

You will work independently with strong team support, set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance, and receive hands-on field training even if you have no prior experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Own insured vehicle for work use.
• Ability to transport a 4-ft ladder in your vehicle.
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools.
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code.
• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions.
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on-site.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information.
• Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including: carrying ladders; replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters; fixing door stops.

Field Property Technician – Photos & Condition Reports

Location: Garner, NC Area

OnSight PROS is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Property Technicians. In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of the property for property managers.

One of the best parts of this opportunity is the flexibility—you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance. While you will often work independently in the field, you will always have the support of our team.

No prior experience is required. We provide hands‑on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed

• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information
