Job summary

OnSight PROS is seeking Field Reporting Technicians in the Naples, FL area to photograph rental properties and document their condition for property managers. No prior experience is required; hands-on field training is provided.

You’ll visit homes, take detailed photos, and report conditions, with the flexibility to set your schedule 30–60 days in advance. Most work is in the field with company support, and duties include maintaining confidentiality, customer service, and light maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
• Cell phone is required for reporting.
• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle's insurance policy.
• Own insured vehicle for work use is required.
• Ability to transport a 4-ft ladder in your vehicle.
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools.
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code.
• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and maintain communication with the company.

Responsibilities

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions.
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about issues observed.
• Provide professional and courteous on-site customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as carrying ladders, replacing smoke alarm batteries, changing air filters, and fixing door stops.
• Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures.

Location: Naples, FL Area

Seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Property Technicians. In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of the property for property managers.
