Job summary

OnSight PROS is seeking a Property Reporting Technician in the Plano, TX area. You will visit rental homes to document conditions, take detailed photos, and note issues observed while delivering professional service on-site.

The role involves field training, independent work, and occasional light maintenance tasks. A valid license, vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 30 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle's insurance policy.
• Own insured vehicle for work use.
• Ability to transport a 4-ft ladder in your vehicle.
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools.
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from home ZIP code.
• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions and take detailed photos.

Job Role- Property Reporting Technician

Location: Plano, TX Area

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Availability Required:

3-4 weekdays per week and 2 Saturdays per month.

No prior experience is required!

We provide hands-on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Property Reporting Technician. In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of each property for property managers. While you will often work independently in the field, you will always have the support of our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions.
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service when on-site.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information.
• Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:
  • Carrying and using ladders.
  • Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters.
  • Fixing door stops.
• Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures.

Requirements
