OnSight PROS is seeking a Field Property Technician to document property conditions at single-family homes in the Englewood, CO area. Training will be provided to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

You will often work independently in the field, with the support of our team, and you can set your schedule 30 to 60 days in advance. The role emphasizes professional customer service and confidentiality when handling property information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Own insured vehicle for work.
• Ability to transport a 4-ft ladder.
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools.
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code.
• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions.
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed.

Field Property Technician – Photos & Condition Reports

Location: Englewood, CO Area

No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

Seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Property Technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions


• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed

Requirements

• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy
