Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Field Operations–focused Property Manager to own the end‑to‑end homeowner experience for a portfolio of 40–80 units. This hands‑on, field‑based role requires regular inspections, proactive maintenance, and a focus on quality and timely issue resolution.

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, coordinating with maintenance and third parties to drive performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or portfolio‑based client management.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, phones, tablets.
• Dependable, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a collaborative team.
• Highly organized with strong multi‑tasking abilities.
• Comfort discussing money, performance, and tradeoffs with homeowners.
• Strong operational judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational performance for a portfolio averaging 40‑80 units.
• Ensure properties meet brand, cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness standards.
• Conduct and review inspections; address issues with permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with POD and third‑parties to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor property condition trends and manage inspection cadence.
