Avari Management seeks a Property Manager – Field Operations Focus in Sunriver, OR. This hands-on, field-based role oversees a portfolio of homes, conducts inspections, ensures compliance, and drives maintenance resolution while delivering exceptional homeowner experiences.

You are an organized, proactive communicator comfortable with technology, and capable of owning end-to-end property performance. Shift is 5 days, with a flexible schedule and a base salary of $57,000 plus a quarterly bonus up

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or portfolio-based client management.
• Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware – laptops, cell phones, tablets
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to be highly organized while multi-tasking
• Comfort discussing money, performance, and tradeoffs with homeowners
• Strong operational judgment and follow-through
• High emotional intelligence and accountability mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where structure is still being built

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated single point of contact for homeowner inquiries and requests.
• Build trusted relationships rooted in transparency and follow-through.
• Proactively identify risks related to performance or satisfaction and address them.
• Conduct regular proactive check-ins with homeowners.
• Deliver difficult conversations with clarity, empathy, and solutions.
• Discuss property performance, revenue drivers, and market dynamics.
• Guide homeowners on pricing strategy, marketing optimization, and improvements.
• Maintain detailed homeowner history and risk indicators in CRM.
• Identify at-risk homeowners and execute retention plans.
• Own day-to-day portfolio operations including inspections and cost management.
• Own inspection strategy and cadence; schedule inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of revenue management principles.
• Lead onboarding and transitions with sales teams.
