Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance across properties including basic repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests with urgency and ensure quality follow-through.
