Public Storage is looking for Property Managers who will operate independently at multiple locations, switching between indoor and outdoor environments. You will assess customers' storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, and manage cash handling and deposits.

You will help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls as needed, including occasional travel between sites with mileage reimbursement offered where applicable.

Formación

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant or fast food.

Responsabilidades

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for renting.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
