• Willingness to work across multiple locations and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors as needed.
