Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining indoor customer service with on-site tasks. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help customers choose the right solutions.

Daily responsibilities include unit inspections, cash handling, banking deposits, and keeping accounts current through payment reminders. A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-service–driven sales environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle payments and banking tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Keep customers current with payments; perform reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
