Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather; ability to operate city vehicles with driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic interior and exterior inspections of properties.
• Review lots and parcels for routine compliance issues.
• Document violations and assist with nuisance or weed abatement.
• Gather information and prepare inspection notes for higher-level inspectors.
• Accompany higher-level inspectors on more difficult cases.
