Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• IPMC Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector certification preferred and must be attained within six months of appointment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct indoor and outdoor field investigations to identify violations.
• Inspect properties for violations and post warning notices, notices of violation, and orders to comply.
• Prepare reports and support compliance with City regulations and ordinances.
